Why I do this.
I spent my first three years building websites for founders. Beautiful sites. Fast sites. Sites that ranked well.
But most of them didn't convert.
The founders would come back and say: 'Traffic is up, but leads aren't converting.' Or: 'We're getting visitors, but they don't understand what we do.' Or: 'We're competing on price because nobody sees our real value.'
I realized the problem wasn't the website. It was the positioning.
A beautiful site built on weak positioning is just expensive tech for a weak offer. It doesn't matter how fast it loads or how high it ranks if nobody understands why they should care.
That's when I started leading with positioning first. Everything else: web, SEO, PR, content became easier. Clearer. More effective.
Now, every founder I work with starts with positioning clarity. It's the difference between a website that looks good and a website that actually works.
How the practice took shape.
I used to build beautiful websites that didn't win clients. So I changed how I work.
